High moisturizing and pH-controlling effects leave hair shiny and smooth, with salon-quality finish. Scutellaria root extract moisturizes hair, while 18-MEA derivative repairs damage. Tremella fuciformis polysaccharide, sodium hyaluronate, and emollient ingredients repair and strengthen the CMC, working within and around hair cuticle and cortex.
